hello.i paied 30 skycredits with alipay at 16:50,2016-08-25,and my money gone,but the skyredits did not came,in my account it showed incomplete.then i paied 20 skycredits at 20:26,2016-08-25,and it success.the time is the chinese time.so i paied the money of 50 skycredits,but i only got 20 skycredits.my alipay acount is also afeizhao@foxmail.com.can you check this for me please?thank you!
